Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $7,144,790.37 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $2,166,707.08 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at August 31, 2022.
