Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $5,744,864.63 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $2,208,135.59 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at July 31, 2022.
