Temporary Administrative Regulation

(Editor’s Note: The following regulation was inadvertently omitted from the June 16, 2022 publication of the Lottery regulations approved at the May 11, 2022 Kansas Lottery Commission meeting.)

Article 501.—SOUTH CENTRAL GAMING ZONE

111-501-122. Name of the game; rules and regulations. The Kansas lottery shall conduct a lottery facility game at the Kansas Star Casino in Mulvane, Kansas, entitled “Top 3” or “TriLux Super 3.”

The rules and regulations for the game of “Top 3” or “TriLux Super 3” are contained in K.A.R. 111-501-122 through 111-501-127, and applicable generic rules are contained in K.A.R. 111-201-1 et seq. (Authorized by K.S.A. 74-8710 and 74-8748; implementing K.S.A. 74-8710; effective, T-111-3-31-16, Feb. 10, 2016; amended, T-111-6-1-22, May 11, 2022.)
