Notice to Contractors

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of a project consisting of the FRD No. 2 Slope Protection Project and the FRD No. 4 Slope Protection Project, both in Kearny County, will be received by the Lakin Watershed District No. 49, 1652 Road 160, Lakin, KS 67860 until 1:30 p.m., August 9, 2022, and then at said time and place publicly opened and read aloud.

The bidding documents may be examined at the Kearny County Clerk’s Office, 304 N. Main St., Lakin, Kansas, during business hours.

Copies of the bidding documents may be obtained by contacting Rural Resources Consulting, LLC, 751 SE CR 36, Syracuse, KS 67878, phone 785-820-6093, email frankc.mercurio@gmail.com. Paper copies of the bidding documents may be obtained upon payment of $25 per set, nonrefundable. Electronic copies of the bidding documents may be obtained at no charge if transmitted by email.
