The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks has reached agreement for the purchase of a tract of land in Franklin County, Kansas. The parcel consists of 1.02 acres, more or less, located in the SW ¼ of Section 28, Township 16 South, Range 19 East in Franklin County, Kansas. The appraised value is $4,980. The total purchase price is $4,980. The tract will be managed as part of the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Park’s Flint Hills Trail.
