The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks has reached an agreement for the purchase of two tracts of land in Franklin County, Kansas. The parcels consist of 1.72 and 2.18 acres, more or less, located in the SW ¼ of Section 28, Township 16 South, Range 19 East in Franklin County, Kansas. The appraised values are $10,080 and $11,445 respectively. The total purchase price is $21,525. These tracts will be managed as part of the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks Flint Hills Trail.
