House Bill No. 2644

An Act designating the Sandhill plum as the official state fruit.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. The fruit known as the Sandhill plum, Chickasaw plum, is hereby designated and declared to be the official state fruit.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the Kansas register.
