Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $7,037,203.23 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $2,727,161.13 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at January 31, 2022.
