Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $8,525,198.37 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $2,845,712.37 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at December 31, 2021.
