Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer show the unobligated balances are $5,599,767.32 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $2,326,416.34 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at January 31, 2021.
