The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan to increase the reimbursement rate for Speech Therapy Evaluation and Treatment to 75% of the Medicare rate. The rate will be adjusted on January 1 of each following year to maintain the 75% of the Medicare rate.

The proposed effective date for the state plan amendment (SPA) is October 1, 2021.

FFY 2023	$ 127,773
