Notice of Cancellation of Hearing on Proposed Administrative Regulation

The Kansas Department of Labor published a notice of hearing on the revocation of an administrative regulation in the June 24, 2021, issue of the Kansas Register. The notice provided for a public hearing to be conducted from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. August 30, 2021, in Room 509 of the Landon State Office Building, 900 SW Jackson, Topeka, Kansas, to consider the revocation of an existing permanent regulation, K.A.R. 48-2-3, of the Kansas Employment Security Board of Review, Department of Labor.

Please be advised that the Kansas Department of Labor will not be pursuing revocation of regulation K.A.R. 48-2-3 at this time. Therefore, the public comment period and public hearing on the proposed regulation are cancelled.
