Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer show the unobligated balances are $4,696,441.95 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $2,461,249.83 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at December 31, 2020.
