Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $6,629,420.63 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $1,933,019.73 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at April 30, 2021.
