SCHWAB STATEMENT ON PRESIDENTIAL PREFERENCE PRIMARY

TOPEKA –

Secretary of State Scott Schwab today issued the following statement after Governor Kelly signed Senate Sub for House Bill 2053:

“Enactment of the presidential preference primary bill signifies the trust party leaders have in the integrity of Kansas elections. We are asking the legislature to fully fund this measure. Our county election offices will be ready to conduct a fair and secure election.”
