Duties of The County Election Commissioner

The Election Commissioner operates under the general supervision of the Secretary of State. However, the Election Commissioner works closely with the board of county commission on budgetary, purchasing and personnel matters. Applicants must be a qualified elector and a resident of the county for at least two years prior to appointment.
